He is survived by his wife, Tara (DeVinney) Torrance; daughters, Kaleigh (Michael) Swipes & Bridget (Mike) Torrance Craver; also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews & friends. Jim's memorial service will be held at the Scottsville Fire Pavilion on Friday, June 3, 5-7 pm.
