My heart is heavy for your loss. Aunt Jay was such a large part of my life. She helped raise me while my mother worked and later helped with uncle Norbe and my mom watch our kids for several Februaries while Kathy and I traveled around the world. I met Mrs Mayer through my dear friend Noreen in 1972. I only had the pleasure of knowing her for a few years but will always remember her as a sincerely caring and good humored person. She had a warm and affable nature and always made you feel comfortable in her presence. My heartfelt sympathy and condolences go out to her family and friends.
