I believe that God is grieving with you and that God has enveloped Jerry into God’s everlasting arms where he is now at peace. If there is anything I can do, please track me down. Mary Ann & Tony Dambra May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand. An Old Irish Blessing
Emily Neece Relation to Deceased: Friend Janice I was shocked and saddened to read of Jerry’s passing. I had not heard he was ill. I know this is a huge loss for you and I want you to know that Alan and I are praying for you. We did not see you often, but you and Jerry started me on a life long journey of pleasure by initiating my gardening career. That and many other kindnesses are rememberd fondly. Jerry was a wonderful man and you two a great couple. May God comfort you in this time. Fondly, Emily I think no matter where you stray, That I shall go with you a way. Though you may wander sweeter lands, You will not forget my hands, Nor yet the way I held my head Nor the tremulous things I said. You will still see me, small and white And smiling, in the secret night, And feel my arms about you when The day comes fluttering back again. I think, no matter where you be, You’ll hold me in your memory And keep my image there without me, By telling later loves about me. Dorothy Parker
Carolyn M. Argust Relation to Deceased: friend of Janice Janice, the Feels Great Alum gang received the news of Jerry’s death at the same time yesterday from Linda. We are all thinking of you. I wish that I were able to attend the memorial service today but we had committed to being at the cabin today with our son and his family from Alexandria, Va. You are the person that I’d most like to take to breakfast in honor of Jerry’s life. Please let me know when that would work for you. Love, Carolyn The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips
