  1. My condolences to the family. I worked with Joe doing set ups in stores and he was a great guy. He will be missed, but he is at peace now and hurts no more. We will all meet again someday.
God has choose a special person and will look over all of us.
    RIP Joe.

  2. Joe was a wonderful man. Working with him for many years, he always our Bright spot of the day. He would always put a smile on out faces with his many stories of his Loving family. My Condolences to you all.

  3. I worked at Tops with Joe years ago. What a wonderful boss he was, kind but very efficient at his job. My prayers so out to his family.

  4. I heard the news today of Joseph’s passing and wanted to send healing thoughts and prayers to the Burgio family. I lived at 8 Noel Drive and the childhood memories I have of Joey go back almost 50 years. I moved to Sacramento, California in 1981 so I lost touch with the Noel Drive neighbors. My memories with Joey include playing kickball in the street, rode bikes through fields and played until dusk. We had a blast with Joey, Valarie and the whole gang on Noel Drive. Donald was still very young. These memories so precious.

I’m very sorry for your loss and just wanted to stop by and say how much this very special Joey was a part of our neighborhood and our lives. Joey was my childhood friend and I feel so blessed to have had this experience with his presence in my life.

I know he is with God and the angels now and feeling that he now at peace.

I wish I could be there to celebrate his life but know that I will be there in spirit.

    With Love and Blessings,
    Sandra (Beck) Ruggles
