  1. Sharon, Mary Jo, Elaine & Family,
I am so sorry about the loss of your mother. Josephine was an Angel. I never saw her without a smile on her face. She was a kind, gentle and loving soul. I will miss the smiles shared between us.

    Love,
    Debbie

  2. Jo and my mom Lena Sherman, Fran Amico and Mary Berard were best friends from high school sorority days. I always though it was so precious the girls got together every year for lunch. Mom so looked forward to those times to reminisce and laugh. I loved when my sister Valerie and I were invited to join them. I am so sorry your Mom, Grandmother and Great Grandmother has passed. The pain of losing a parent is so great, it is one I wish we never had to go through. Please accept my deepest sympathy – God Speed Jo, tell my mom and dad I love and miss them and may you rest in heavenly peace.

  3. So very sorry to hear of Josephine’s passing–we surely know the grief, and our prayers are with you in your loss.
The memorial video–such a beautiful tribute in honor of a life well-lived, to such a loving individual so well-loved and never to be forgotten!
Take comfort in knowing that Jo is reunited with so many that she loved in this life–and, no more sorrow or pain…maybe she’s even sharing a heavenly feast with her sorority sisters again. Hold on to your precious memories, and all that she was and all that she taught you–those things will never pass away but will always stay in your heart forever.
    Love,
    Valerie (Lena’s daughter)
