  7. Growing up very close with my godparents, Elaine and Chuck Noto, it was always such a pleasure to spend time with Kate when we all gathered at the Noto house for holidays, birthdays or whenever. As a child I found her to be so much fun . . .such a great sense of humor she had! As I got older—into my teens, as a young adult, and now a not-so-young adult—my fondness for Kate never wavered. She was a great lady. Although we weren\’t blood relatives, I will miss \”Aunt Kate,\” and consider myself blessed to have known her for over 50 years.
