Laurie and I met the first week of college at Kent State and we shared decades of adventures and fun. She had a mischievous grin, a quick wit and an opinion. Two of my favorite memories of Laurie were: being stowaways on the KSU bus to NYC with the architect students. It was a grand adventure because she knew the city and it was the first time I was in NYC. The other adventure was camping in the Florida Keys with Laurie and Brian. It was paradise! Laurie loved her family and friends and she was always ready to help someone of have or an escapade, especially if iit was outside in nature. Laurie made a difference to soo many people. May we carry her spirit, energy and humor with us as we grieve her absence.
Brian..when Kelly married Bruce I got a bonus…you and Laurie. It’s been an honor and privilege to share my grandkids with you both. We had so many adventures together! I will never forget my princess friend Snow White. I am heart broken for your loss. Love always, Rella
