I am so sorry to hear of the news, you are in my thoughts during such a difficult time. I’ll always have fond memories of Shadmore and your mom and dad. Ann Marie
Dear Linda AKA (Queenie)
I will never forget and haven’t by the way, going to see Elvis Presley with Linda and Richie with my dad Barry and Helen Taylor. It was my birthday gift and the one I’ve NEVER forgotten!!! I still tell the story being a HUGE elvis fan!! Also how wonderful your family has been to my dad (and mom) over the many many many years of friendship!! She will be dearly missed. Our deepest condolences goes out to your whole family.
Dear Family
I can’t tell you how sorry I am we have lost Linda, she has always been that sparkle in my life that made me smile. She was more than a true friend to me, we could talk about anything and laugh over the stupidest things. Linda was about the most down to earth person I know of. She said what was on her mind just like me and who ever didn’t like it oh well. I guess that’s why we got along so well. She took me under that strong wing of hers when I was about lets just say 60 years ago or so. She showed me the ropes, of Halloween and how it should be spent ( our little secret ). She was always thinking of some thing crazy to do. One thing that pops out of all my crazy memories of her is this one. We met up at Howard Johnsons for some thing to eat and well when I went to the bathroom she put mustard in my coke. I didn’t even notice anything was wrong with it till I took a big gulp. Needless to say that did not sit well in my stomach with the food I had just taken in. I had to walk to my home on Stone Rd., that was the longest walk of my life with a few stops on the side of the road. Yes that was our beloved Linda and I will never ever forget her. She was all the love you would ever need from one person all wrapped up in one crazy blond. If you really knew Linda you will relate to what I have just said. I Love You my sweet sister and I will miss you for the rest of my life. P.S. So glad your with Richie again. Love Patty.
My heart is broken. I have known Linda since grade school.. went all thru school with her and spent many a summer just hanging out.. I just cant believe she is gone. I pray for your family in this difficult time. I know she and Richie are together again.
Sending our deepest sympathy to all of you. Your mother was a great lady who I will always remember fondly. Sending hugs and prayers your way as you lay your mother to rest.
