A long time ago you took a young girl to meet Ken Griffy Jr. A time in my life I will never forget. The countless hours we spent together sorting cards and going to baseball card shows. Time well spent with a wonderful person. Much love.
I will always remember Louie helping me get my 1st job at Thurston Mailers, Trisha and I renting from his parents house, and being a pall bearer for his Dad. And of course Softball !! The car washes, euchre parties, practices, leagues, and the softball tournaments every weekend! What a riot we had. We knew how to practice, play, and certainly celebrate… He was the best coach ever! He had a significant impact on my life. He was a wonderful and special friend and will be missed dearly!
Thanks, Coach
Oh Marilyn , 40 plus years ago we said to each other what are we doing with two Italians ,10 years older than us. What we were doing was making the best decision we ever made. !, they have made our lives the better than anyone could imagine. Love is a great thing, friends are a great thing, . I can’t imagine being in your place right now, but we will be there for you. Lou ,his family ,you and your family will always be very, very special to us. I know I got to talk today but there’s just too many memories for one day . Love you
Marilyn, Mary and Family, It was a lot of fun for us getting to know Lou while watching baseball games with him. He had a great sense of humor and always made us laugh. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Dave, Kristin, Jake and Kayla

Lou was a great softball coach. I still remember when he would get upset at a play or someone. Lou could also be a funny man. My sincere condolences go out to Marilyn and family. Rest in peace in God’s hands.

We will always remember our sport’s discussions with Lou,
especially when it came to the Duke and Syracuse basketball teams.
Lou always cared about everyone in the family and we will remember that always. You are missed Lou.
