  12. I use to watch all you kids on Bitternell. I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I remember her fondly. Sending peaceful healing thoughts to you all.

She was a wonderful, friendly, warm and welcoming presence in the English Department and her quirkiness, her naughty smoking, and her laughter were all delightfully part of the fabric of that office.
