Ben and I were lucky enough to meet Maisie and Rhona with their parents this past summer in Hammondsport. Though it was only a brief visit, the love and joy she brought her family was powerfully evident. She happily snuggled on her mom while her sis hung out with Dad and we share summer stories of ice cream and playing outside. We are so heartbroken for your family. Sending huge amounts of love your way.
There are no adequate words for this indescribable loss. Hold each other tight as you are cared for by all who love you. And may you know the “Peace that passes understanding” as you learn to live without sweet Maisie.
