Malora Ann Zavaglia (Iacubucci)

Passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at age 75. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Anne Iacubucci and her loving companion Albert Perednis. She is survived by her children, Michael (Shannon) Zavaglia, and Melissa Napolitano; grandchildren, Cody (Allison), Justin, Julia, Joe, and Rafaella; great-grandchildren, James, and Grace; brother, David Iacubucci; many dear relatives and friends.

Malora was a retiree of the University of Rochester following many years of service. Throughout her life Malora was known for her kindness, empathy, strength and devotion to her family. She cherished her companion dogs, treasured time with family and friends, and held a deep, steady faith. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved her.

A private family burial will be held. A Memorial Mass to celebrate Malora’s life will be held in the spring/summer 2026, date to be announced.
