Margaret was the first of five children, was born in 1942, and grew up near the village of Brockport. She attended Brockport Central Schools and received training at St. Mary's Hospital as a nurse's assistant. She was introduced to her future husband, Frank, by his mother and they were later married on July 30, 1977.
Time spent with family was always dear to Margaret, especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas. The birth of her grandson was an especially joyous day for her.
In her spare time, Margaret liked camping traveling. She and Frank often visited Florida near Daytona, where she enjoyed the scenery. She also liked spending time in her yard, tending the flowers and enjoying the fresh air. She always looked forward to spending time with her grandchildren, or even just sitting on the porch enjoying fresh air and viewing wildlife. Margaret also enjoyed camping at Hamlin Beach State Park and would fish and boat with her family.
Some of Margaret's favorites included reading books, watching movies, and listening to Country music. She was a fan of Kenny Rogers.
Family and friends would best describe Margaret as someone who was enthusiastic, had a good sense of humor and a good heart. She always had a good sense of recall, was very social and had a friendly personality. Margaret will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
