Patricia G. Lansing-Barnes Relation to Deceased: Classmate My condolences to Marilyn’s family. I attended Holy Rosary School with your mother. Your mother lived a full life and for that you can be thankful. May she rest in peace. The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips
Pasko Family Relation to Deceased: Friends Tracy, John, Matt and Family, We are so sorry about the loss of your mom/grandma. She was an energetic, kind, wonderful person. Please know that you and your extended family are in our thoughts and prayers. With love, Anne, Tom and the boys May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand. An Old Irish Blessing
Lisa Stroh Broniec Relation to Deceased: Friend of Family Tricia (and family) I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know how important your mom was to you and your family- how much joy she brought to you. Please know that my family has your family in our thoughts and prayers. Love to you…Lisa I think no matter where you stray, That I shall go with you a way. Though you may wander sweeter lands, You will not forget my hands, Nor yet the way I held my head Nor the tremulous things I said. You will still see me, small and white And smiling, in the secret night, And feel my arms about you when The day comes fluttering back again. I think, no matter where you be, You’ll hold me in your memory And keep my image there without me, By telling later loves about me. Dorothy Parker
George Tyrrell Relation to Deceased: Friend Marilyn will be deeply missed. Bryan and I greatly enjoyed her company when she would come to Las Vegas to visit. She was a joy to be around, had the best sense of humor and was a wonderful person. She always talked about her children and grandchildren with great pride and loved her friends just as much. On her last visit to Vegas I recall how frail she looked but she never gave up hope and never felt sorry for herself. She was a fighter and she was going to fight for every day no matter what it took. She was a great lady and I am grateful I was able to have Marilyn as a friend. The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. Ellyn LaPietra Relation to Deceased: cousin Marilyn was one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing; both inside and out. Not only was she stunningly beautiful and always looking like she just stepped out of a fashion magazine, she was warm, loving and so funny. She had a keen sense of humor and an infectious laugh that drew people to her the moment she stepped into a room. At family gatherings, I looked forward to seeing Marilyn. I enjoyed every minute I spent with her over the years, as did my children. Regardless of age, Marilyn’s presence was timeless and she left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her resilience and never waning joy for life amazed me over these last few years. I will truly miss her and feel so very honored that I knew her. Rest in peace beautiful lady. Much love…. May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand. An Old Irish Blessing
