Greece: December 18, 2017. Norene is predeceased by her father, Norbert Stevens. She is survived by her children, Michael (Jeannine) Benway, Nicole (David Lovall) Sharpe, Gabrielle (Dianna Souphomma-inh) Natrigo & Katie (Jerry) Birge, her mother, Faye Stevens; grandchildren, Mathew, Grace, Elana, Logan, Kaidan, Aiden, Adysen, Dominic, Thomas & Connor; brother, Michael (Emily Rosales) Stevens; her beloved pets.

Norene’s visitation will be held 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Friday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt Read Blvd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Norene was born on October 7, 1955 in Rochester, NY to Norbert and Faye Stevens. She grew up with her brother Michael and was known to be outgoing, funny and compassionate. Norene has 4 children that she loved dearly, Michael, Nicole, Gabrielle and Katie. Spending time with her family was the most important thing to Norene. During her free time, she enjoyed reading, cooking and baking. Norene liked to travel, going to the theater and relaxing on the beach. She also adored her 9 grandchildren. Norene was described by her family as caring, affectionate and dependable. She was a strong woman who was understanding and supportive. Norene was a sincere person with a passionate heart and soul. She will be deeply missed and will always be lovingly remembered by many friends and family who will cherish Norene in fond memories.
