Your Mom/Grandmother is a very dear friend. I love her like a sister. I met her in Parsippany, NJ many years ago and we became best friends. I moved to NC 16 years ago and was only able to see her when I traveled there, which number of times dwindled because of my inability to travel much anymore. I invited her to come here to visit and she spoke about doing that with anticipation, but as we age, sometimes our plans do not come to fruition. I had called her several times after the last time I talked with her, but I got no answer or return call, so I thought she may be in the hospital. I did not have any of your phone numbers so I couldn’t call you. I kept Pat and you in my prayers and I will continue to pray for you, her family. Although I have met most of you, I feel like I know you all so well because she spoke of you often. She is a very special lady. I speak of her in the present tense because I know that she is more alive today than ever before with the Divine Peace, Jesus Christ our Lord. May God bless you and comfort you as you miss her being with you.
