  1. Tom Caufield Paul, Phil, Mike and Dave, I’m sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace and God bless all of you. The celebration of life, shared in the beginning, and again, in the end. Yet we forget to celebrate it, in every moment we live. Time, days, years, go on, but are we alive? Alive and do not know it, sleeping in the world and dead to the life we are to live. To celebrate all life, the sparrow who sang in the morning, and died in the night, why do we not celebrate its life? To know thyself is to know you are alive – to give, to love, to seek truth, beauty, and suffer pain. In life as it is meant to be, pain is forgotten, and strength is all that’s left to be gained in the moment by moment celebration of life. By Deborah Peabody

  2. tim cuyler You always made my time bowling with you fun and lots of laughs . you are remembered god bless you The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips

  4. sue tellier Relation to Deceased: friend To the Perotto family..the bowling community will NEVER be the same without POPS….. I have had so many memories with Pops and Paul that will last me a lifetime…. I can remember back to the Olympic bowl days when we all bowled and Pops was right there watching and cheering all of us on. Seeing Paul without Pops at bowling tournaments will be so different now…. I love you all very much and will miss Pops more than anything… Stay strong and remember that we will see him again someday…. I think no matter where you stray, That I shall go with you a way. Though you may wander sweeter lands, You will not forget my hands, Nor yet the way I held my head Nor the tremulous things I said. You will still see me, small and white And smiling, in the secret night, And feel my arms about you when The day comes fluttering back again. I think, no matter where you be, You’ll hold me in your memory And keep my image there without me, By telling later loves about me. Dorothy Parker

  5. Scott A Wagner Happened to catch him once for a long bus ride to the southernteer for our football team. He told stories and jokes the whole way there and added some sharp commentary about the way people drive. It was a freezing snowing night and we used the bus for halftime to warm up. Paul had encouraging words for everyone of us as we got on and off the bus. We ended up losing but Paul told us we should be proud the way we played. Everyone commented about what a cool bus driver he was. That’s how I remember him from the family picnics and other family get togethers. Just a great guy! 16. Amy L Tesch LPN Relation to Deceased: Nurse at Unity Living Center The first day I met him, my charge nurse came up to me and said, “There is someone I want you to meet.” As I entered his room, there he was, sitting in his chair, wearing a Burger King Crown, and a pair of what I call “Elton John” sunglasses (with the huge lenses). It was the best laugh I had all day, and told him that I liked him right off the bat! He brightened my day every day! He would always “bust my chops”, but he knew that I would bust back. We had a great relationship, and I will miss him deeply! It was an honor and privilege to know him and take care of him! Safely Home I am home in Heaven dear ones: Oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed I am now at peace forever, safely home in Heaven at last. Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I love you dearly still; try to look beyond earth shadows, Pray to trust our Father’s will There is work still waiting for you, so you must not idly stand: do it now, while life remaineth you shall rest in Jesus’ land When that work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; oh the rapture of that meeting, oh the joy to see you come!
