I worked with Rebecca at the Diocese of Rochester. She was fiercely devoted to each of our Catholic schools and devoted her energy and considerable competence to helping them become or stay healthy. I was fortunate to know her and to work with her. Our world has lost a bright light.
When entering the Diocese of Rochester, Rebecca immediately supported me as we strove to make Siena great again. She and I saw eye-to-eye on all matters. Her support meant a great deal to me. We had many reasons to laugh, vent, and celebrate. I will miss her immensely. I considered us to be friends and colleagues. My thoughts and prayers go out to her loved ones.
I worked with Rebecca at OHCC for 7 years. We hit it off day one. I am at a lost for words hearing of her leaving this earth so soon. We unfortunately lived on opposite sides of the city but chatted now and then and caught up via Facebook.
Rebecca will always be in my heart as a “make you feel good people”! We always laughed together and swapped life stories. She was so proud of her boys and I remember her always saying Adam and Baby Brian… even though Brian was not a baby any more – which I kept reminding her. RIP my friend ❤️
Rebecca was one of the sweetest, most caring person that I was blessed to call my friend! So many memories of Hilton Lacrosse games, wine bus tours, and other outings! Her laugh and smile would light up a room! She is greatly missed! Heaven gained a bright star with class!
