As you cherish fond memories of him, please find comfort in the promise of our Lord, who has been given the authority to resurrect those in the graves to life, as stated at John 5:26-29. This will happen in the very near future. Imagine how overjoyed you could be when you are reunited with Mr. Salomone again. I pray that this Bible based truth brings relief to your grieving hearts.
as an awkward kid in high school getting the time with Rocco on the track team is a very fond memory. he was one of the kindest people I knew and although I never kept in touch I think of him often. He made high school more enjoyable. my prayers to his family.
Rocco was the first person we met in Brockport while searching for a college for our son, Nick (SUNY Class of 2015). He was a kind and helpful man who had high expectations for his football players. He spent a great deal of time settling the concerns of parents sending their child off to college (and away from home) for the very first time. Nick held him in high regard and was saddened to hear of his passing. We are so sorry for your loss.
Kelly and family, my heart is saddened by your loss. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Rocco was a wonderful colleague who was always willing to help in any way. He will be missed.
