Ronald C. Carafice Greece: Passed away on September 15th 2023, at the age of 81. Predeceased by his parents, Angelo & Louise Zarcone Carafice. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Elaine; devoted daughter Dr. Tracy (Richard) Maier; grandchildren Michael, Catherine & MaryGrace Maier; twin brother Richard (Mary K.) Carafice; brother Peter (Beth Mikkelson) Carafice; sister Sandra Bligh; brother-in-law & sister-in-law Donald (Mary) Lister; nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews. Ron retired from Kodak after 27 years, and worked at Dijune's Liquor Store for the next 25 years. He was also a lifetime member of the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association & the Genesee Conservation League. Ronald's life story will be shared during visitation on Tuesday, Sept. 19th from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, 14626. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30 am at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to St. Anns Home, 1500 Portland Avenue, 14621 or to Golisano Childrens Hospital, 300 E. River Rd., P.O. Box 278996, 14627 in Ronald's memory.
