Thomas J Ciavarri Relation to Deceased: Son in Law Ron was a True Warrior in every sense of the term. He fought through and survived the Great Depression as a child. He joined the Marines and Fought for his Country during WWII and survived. He raised a Family and put food on the table by being a Linesman at RG&E, working in conditions that most can’t even think of. He survived financial hardships throughout his life, finally becoming successful in the Stock Market. Finally he BEAT ALL ODDS and lived for 3 years where he should only have survived for 3 months. This man was a Warrior! The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips
Ronald C. Post Relation to Deceased: son in law A great man, father, grandfather and greatgrandfather. Fondly rememered and sadly missed. May peace be with him and his family! I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one, I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun. Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
Jim Post Relation to Deceased: Son There is probably no one who losses a parent that at that time feels like they have lost the greatest parent in the world. We (Barb ,Dolly and myself) feel exactly that way right now.We loved our father and where so happy that we where able to be with him at the end to tell him so.

Jason Low Relation to Deceased: Grandson Grandpa you were always there for me and the rest of our family…through the good times and the bad. To me you were not only my grandfather but my best friend. My memories of you will never be forgot and always cherished. Thank you for all of the years of wisdom you shared with me. Thank you for your help making me the man I am today. Now that your no longer here in body, I know that your still here with me in spirit. There’s not a day that goes that I will forget you. Rest in Peace Grandpa! Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one’s gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart, far as long as there is memory, they’ll live on in the heart.
Charlene (Howard) Casey Relation to Deceased: Granddaughter I would have to say as a kid one of my favorite memories was when Grandpa would take us up to Canada in the summer. We had so much fun despite having 8 people sleeping in 1 room and grandpa having a room all to himself. My most recent favorite memory of Grandpa was at my wedding this past August. Despite the fact Grandpa was very ill with Stage 4 cancer it didnt stop him from getting out on that dance floor and having a blast with the rest of us. Grandpa , we all love and will miss you very much!! May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of His hand. An Old Irish Blessing
Chante Post Relation to Deceased: Grandaughter RCP was a very unique person who was always honest and said what was on his mind. Even though he was a strong minded person, he could always be reasoned with and respected others opinions even when they were not his own. He was very generous and showed his love for his family through his actions. He has always supported me and my family even when we made decisions he disagreed with. He was also a great source of comedy for our family. He was a good sport who let us poke fun at him and his habits, at times even playfully returning the jab. Through him I’ve learned to be myself, not to be afraid to speak my mind, and that family is always the priority. Some of my favorite memories include: playing with the rusty blue car at the annual labor day picnic. Getting yelled at to “not touch the rock” even though I didn’t even know where the rock was until I was 25. Multiple trips to Wendy’s and area diners, where I tried so hard to keep my legs still so I would not kick grandpa in the shins, only to spill my entire dinner all over myself and get yelled at anyways. Grandpa staying at our house during the ice storm and bringing one suitcase just for underwear, Slamming my head on the seat of his Cadillac as he gunned it and slammed on the brakes from light to light on Ridge Rd. And several other great memories that I will hold dear.
