Rochester: April 15, 2017, at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband, Robert Bloom; son, Robert A. Bloom; sister, Annette Montulli, brothers, Pasquale Catone and Joseph Catone. Sally is survived by her daughter, Patricia (David) Prusak; grandchildren, Christopher (Mary), Mason (Britt), Justin (Jill), Matthew (Chelsea Allen), Erin (Derril); great-grandchildren, Caitlin, Ryan, Nico, Lauren, Maddox, Elise, Henry & Dante; several nieces & nephews. Sally's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Woodside Manor for their loving care. Sally's visitation will be held 4-7 pm on Friday, April 21st at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:00 am on Saturday at Holy Apostles Church, 7 Austin St at the corner of Lyell Ave. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Golisano Children's Hospital At Strong, 300 East River Rd., PO Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627 in Sally's memory. Sally's family will remember the skill she displayed while playing scrabble and word games. She was also a great seamstress and knitted many things for them. Sally enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune, participating in Name That Tune and listening to Frank Sinatra. She was regarded as headstrong and very proud of her family. Sally will be missed by all who knew her.
