Salvatore Giamblanco, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, January 16th, 2026.

Salvatore was born on 03/02/1935 in Troina, Sicily and served in the Italian Army. He immigrated to the United States in June 1974 with his wife and daughters. Determined to build a new life through hard work and dedication. He became a baker, a trade that suited his steady hands and strong work ethic.

Salvatore was the devoted husband to Vincenza for 65 years. Together they raised four daughters, and over time their family grew to include 14 grandchildren and 15 great‑grandchildren. His family was the joy of his life, and he took great pride in sharing his hard work, loyalty, and quiet strength with each generation. He had a deep love for children and was always quick to make them smile with his lullaby songs and playful jokes.

He was an avid gardener who loved sharing the fruits of his labor with family, friends, and neighbors. Whether he was tending his garden, his cherished fig trees, or repairing something around the house, Salvatore kept his hands busy and his heart engaged. He moved through each day with a quiet sense of purpose, continually offering his time, his skill, and his steady presence to those around him.

He is survived by his wife, Vincenza; his four daughters, Rosalba (Joe), Maria (Dan), Lidia (Tim), Loredana (Mike); grandchildren, Joey (Holly), Sam (Kelly), Amanda, Chris (Danielle), Daniella (Josh), Anthony (Olivia), Michael, Nikolas (Melissa), Isabella, Giancarlo, Dominic, Aviana, Sophia, and Santino; and many great‑grandchildren. They will remember him for his commitment, his steadiness, his lifelong devotion to hard work, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life.

Salvatore leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, discipline, and devotion that will continue to guide those who knew him.
