Grierson, Shirley (Stilwell) "Peppy" Greece: April 4, 2016, at the age of 84. Predeceased by her husband, James D. Grierson & son, Dave Grierson. She is survived by her children, Jim Grierson of Salt Lake City, Peter (Karen) Grierson & Mary (Tom) Sims; grandchildren, Sumner Grierson, Ben Grierson, Stephani Grierson, Emily Grierson, Thaddeus Grierson, Mellissa Kreib, Albert Chave, Mallory Pharmer & Marie Sims; five great-grandchildren; brother, Sumner (Mary) Grierson. Shirley was born in Akron, OH, met her husband at Hiram College & followed her husband to Germany where he served in the US Army. They came back to New York and raised four children in Binghamton.
