Growing up across the street from the Reuf’s was a blessing. So many of my earliest memories include Steve and his larger than life personality. We will never forget the giant man and his tiny white dog. Love and miss you.
I worked with Steve for 5 years at Building 349 at Kodak park and we got to become real good friends. We liked alot of the same music, and I will never forget him Singing “Sweet Pea” which was one of his favorites. He was always kind and made us all laugh alot. He loved his family and his beloved dog Minnie, who i’m sure he is reunited with. God Bless you my friend and may God Bless and Keep you always. Thanks for being my friend. See you again one day. Steve had an elementary school Liberian that he taught Salsa classes at Odyssey after school in the cafeteria…the best part is that she showed up looking for the big strong mover..
Sue, Stephen and Michael and the Ruef family we are so sorry to hear of Steve’s passing. We have so many happy and fun memories with him and our hockey families. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I remember Steve as the most caring Hockey Dad, Family man. We had many years of fun with our kids and great families.
I’m so sorry, Sue. Michael, and Steve, for your loss.
May the Angels welcome Steve to Paradise and may you all be at Peace…
