I did not know Tom for a long time but he will be long missed and remembered every time I look in the night sky. He gave a small well worn telescope out of his pocket when I told him I was headed to the mountains in New Mexico. He was a kind man who gave his time and told his stories and shared his passion for the stars. He was known to debate the science librarians at the public library and would capably defend his novel interpretation of the stars and comets. He was always supportive and interested in other people. He was probably the kindest person I have ever met. We will miss him.
Cousin Tommy always spoke of how hard it must have been for our grandparents as immigrants and how we owe it to them to live up to their work ethic to make them proud. He knew what was important in life.
Tommy was a very kind man, and he loved to be with his family – especially with the little ones. He was always sweet to me, and I liked him for his honesty. In the Bible book of Revelation 21:3&4 is states, (3) With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. (4) And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Tommy will be missed until we see him again complete whole and in good health.
Tommy was a kind soul. Always willing to share fond memories of my mom and dad. Tommy never forgot his past and where his roots were. He will be fondly missed.
Rest in Peace Uncle Tommy, we will forever miss you and your wonderful stories.

Hey, little brother I’m going to miss you especially in the spring time, because you had tulips in the yard. Love your big sister Mary
