Dear Kathy & Family, Sending love on the loss of your beloved husband, father, and grand-dad. Tome was a very special man with a 100-watt smile and a heart of gold –
Our condolences, Kate & Tim Whalen
Kathy and kids, words can never say how close I was to Tom! Over the years he had been with me during some very tough times. Always with encouraging words that meant so much to me. From years of playing softball to many get togethers he was one of my true best buddies. I will probably never get over this but it will be comforting to always remember him. I will always love and miss you my friend.

Kathy, we were so saddened to hear this shocking news. It was just two weeks ago tonight that we sat together over dinner with classmates. I’m thankful for that. Our hearts go out to you at this time of grief. Rest in peace Tom. You will be missed.
To all of Tom`s family, i would like to offer my deepest condolences to you all. Tom and i have known each other for 55 plus years. We go back to playing basketball in Steve Stillmans driveway to working at Wegmans, years of playing baseball, our monday lunch at Lums before baseball,to Sunday night hockey games, and the infamous vega lounge. Now it is the old guys getting together for breakfast, We now have lost our leader who brought us all together.Tom was very proud of his family and all the joy they brought to him. Know that your sorrow and hurt is felt by many. Wishing you all peace and comfort in your greving process.Rest in peace my friend, you get to hang with Gary again
Tom was my grandpa, and I am very honored to say that. I loved it so much when he would come to my baseball games and I would hear“C’mon Dominic!” That is going to be one of the many things that I’m going to miss about him. Love you Grandpa! Love Dominic.
I am so deeply saddened for his family and loved ones. Thank you Tom, if I hadn’t met you, I would not have reconnected to my best friend from high school, Dan Krist and through him a very special group of friends. Grief is one of the most difficult paths in life’s journey, there is no map, there are no words, take one day at a time and be gentle with yourself. I am so truly sorry.

A lifetime is never long enough. It is in times like these that we just cannot comprehend how love works. We just know it does, and we know when it’s special, and when we are blessed with it. Kathy, you found a rare gem of a good guy, and all those that love you will grieve with you in your terrible loss. There are no words to comfort the broken heart. There aren’t any hugs that hold you long enough. And yet, somehow, you will find the strength to live not only your life going forward, but you will create space for the man you loved and share that with others and the dear family that holds you now. To one of my best friends, my heart aches for you. From the entire Mugavero family, we hold you near . You will be forever in our hearts. Love you so much ❤️‍🩹
