History
Tom is survived by his wife and best friend, Leslie Chambers and his two children, Brittany and Colin Chambers-Sciolino; all of whom were the sunshine in his life. In addition, Tom is survived by his in-laws whom he loved like a mom and dad; Gail Chambers, and John (Liz) Chambers of Greece, NY. He is also survived by his cherished nieces and nephews. Tom leaves behind a large circle of family who were dear friends, and friends who were like brothers.

Services
BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) where Tom's Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 23 2010 from 4-8 PM. Tom's Funeral Mass will follow on Wednesday March 24th at 11:00 AM at St. Lawrence Church (1000 North Greece Rd.). Interment private.

It is with heavy hearts and fond memories that we announce on March 18, 2010, Thomas Edward Sciolino, at the age of 47, peacefully left this world to begin his new journey.Tom's immense passion for life, sweet nature, angelic smile, warm hugs, and strong will to live will never be forgotten. His love of people and cars led him to a 35 year career with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, most recently as NYS District Service Manager. Our family wishes to thank the incredible doctors who treated Tom with such kindness and compassion; David Korones, Pamela Sloan, Webster Pilcher, and the Palliative Care Staff (unit 4-1200) of Strong Memorial Hospital (URMC). The nurses and staff at the University of Rochester Medical Center and the Wilmot Cancer Center whom Tom admired and respected so much, thank you also. A special thanks for the spiritual guidance of the clergy and staff of St. Lawrence Church, where Tom was a member.
