jerry fricano/owner pontillo’s pizza Relation to Deceased: tenant/friend Tom was not only the best landlord we’ve ever had in 35yrs, he was also someone i enjoyed talking to and sharing some laughs with when he’d that knew naturally how to treat people. whenever he was in town from fla he would stop by my Empire rd location just to chat.
