Passed peacefully at the age of 98 on January 16, 2017. Predeceased by her husband Floyd "Woody" Woodruff. Survived by her son, Ronald A. (Bonnie) Woodruff; grandchildren, Scott (Wendy) Woodruff, Sean (Glenn Valentine) Woodruff, Rhiannon (Dave Basamania) Woodruff; great grandchildren, Tyler Woodruff, Cormac Basamania, Sabrina Basamania & Camden Woodruff; several nieces & nephews. Vicky's visitation will be held 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM on Thursday, Jan. 19 at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 & Long Pond Rd). Her funeral service will be celebrated 1030 AM, Friday, Jan. 20 at the funeral home. Interment private in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. Vicky was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was born to her parents William & Ella Joyce in Toronto, Canada. Through the years family was always the most important thing to her in her life. She especially looked forward to family get togethers, with her Canadian relatives. She enjoyed bowling, travel and sewing. She will be remembered for being quiet, caregiver, independent, strong willed, liked to write notes and appreciated her alone times. She was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
