I miss you so very much, my sweet angel! I cannot believe it has been almost a year since God took you home. No words can express how very much I love you! As long as I’m living, my baby you’ll be. Rest peacefully, my son. Love you, Mom
I will never forget you and all the amazing memories we shared together in high school. We were so close, and I’m so sad I let our friendship drift. 🙁 RIP angel
It’s been a whole month since you left…my whole world is different. I miss you so mucj, buddy. Keep that big smile shining down on us. I love you, sweet angel. xo
Our deepest sympathies …. My oldest three fondly remember taking karate with Ben. Remember the shenanigans they would get into before and after class? It was an honor to have Ben be a friend to my children during those formative years. Our hearts truly break for your loss. Ben was a wonderful boy.
It was a true honor to get to grow up with Ben. We never hung out outside of school but we seemed to have almost every class together during our Gates Chili glory days! Ben was a great person, and by great Its really an understatement. He didn’t have a bad bone in his body. I really enjoyed talking to him about sports, cars, technology, and all of the other stuff us teenagers like to talk about. Ben was the first person I saw after we all graduated at a family cookout a few summers back, he seemed to be doing really well for himself. I wish all family, friends, and classmates of the 2011 Family the best. Ben- Rest easy. May your journey in heaven be beautiful, and please watch over us all. Love you brother
I am so very sorry for your loss. It’s obvious from all the messages on here that Ben was well loved and touched many lives. I did not know him well but he reminded me of my son and he tugged at my heart from the moment I first saw him. My hope for his family and friends is for God to wrap his arms around you and hold you close as you begin to heal. May your memories bring you peace and, eventually, happiness. God bless you all. <3
Dear God in Heaven, as you welcome this sweet boy as your new angel into your kingdom, please hold his family close, all my thoughts and prayers for all of you..
To the Family of Benjamin Assenato~ I read of the loss of your dear loved one, and would like to extend my sincere condolences. Death is an enemy that Our Creator never intended for us to ever have to deal with-even as the Bible says. Please, take comfort in knowing that soon, GOD has promised to remove all causes of suffering, pain, sorrow, and even death forever! The wonderful future resurrection hope is the promise found at John 5:28,29. May I assure you, I am not trying to give or change your religion. The pain of loss is felt, regardless of religion. May you be strengthened and comforted by these promises as you cope with the very difficult days ahead.-2 Corinthians 1:3,4.
I used to work with Mark at Quadracolor Express a bunch of years ago. I remember Ben when he was a little boy, maybe 4 or 5, coming in to work to see his dad. My sincere condolences to Ben’s family.

I will forever remember Ben and Ryan running around in their Under-Roos with light sabers or in their Power Ranger or Jedi costumes ambushing Carlie and Kaeli! I will also never forget Cher and I taking Ben and Ryan to see “Meet the Parents”. We were subjected to Focker jokes for years. 🙂

are never, ever the same.”
