Connie became our clerical when I was Assistant Buyer at McCurdy’s China department under Libbie Luciano. She was my “partner in crime” whenever a little bit of mischief was on the agenda. I sat next to her in the office and she was always easy to work with. I’m sad to hear of her passing but glad to have known her.
