  1. Diane was one person that always made me laugh! Although I only knew her briefly in the 70s seeing all of the beautiful photos of her gave me such a feeling of joy. I know she will be greatly missed by everyone she ever knew.

  2. Mark and Diane have been wonderful next door neighbors to my parents for around 30 years. For the last decade, as they aged and my mother passed, they watched their house and delivered my father’s mail to him. Diane even rushed over once in the middle of the night when he rolled over on his panic button. I was 2 hours away and I called Diane who flew over and let in the fire department and checked on my bewildered 93-year-old dad who was surprised to see he had company at 2 am. My deepest sympathy to her adoring husband, Mark, and devoted daughter, Elizabeth, and family on your loss. May God comfort you, Sincerely, Retta Bentum and Ray Zieman

  3. Words can’t express how wonderful Diane was. She was there for me when my husband passed and thru some health issues. Such a beautiful person inside and out. My prayers are with Liz and Mark at this time.

  4. Having worked with her at Unity Hospital, I will always remember Diane with that big smile & wonderful sense of humor as well as being an excellent nurse. She will be missed. My deepest condolences to her family.

  5. To Diane, you were my first best friend. Remembering King Street and School 4 where we got into trouble daily…and it usually had to do with Joe and Ruby’s or the shall pit. God better be ready for you!
To Liz and Mark, I reconnected with Diane via Facebook after many years. Wasn’t I lucky! The laughter, love and care in those posts were amazing.
So it ‘s “hat’s off” to Mark, Liz and Diane’s Family! God has a new angel!

  6. Dear Mark and Liz,
David and I have been holding all of you close in our hearts and prayers. Your love and devotion to Diane has been nothing short of amazing. Watching the three of you via FB these past few months gave me such gratitude. It also reaffirmed in me the belief that this life on Earth is just a temporary resting place before everlasting eternity. We love you.

  7. Diane and I attended Elementary School 4 together and had some of the same teachers. Even at that young age, I remember her smiles and energy. My deepest condolences to her family and friends.

  8. To the Bartman Family, I am saddened to read this. Tony was my very special friend and therefore all of you were special to me. Sincere condolences on your loss. Prayers for all of you.

  9. My heart aches for all of you…the Bartmans were a wonderful family and I will always be grateful to them for their love and support as I was growing up in East Olean….

  10. Denise and family, my prayers and sympathy on the loss of your sister. Such an accomplished woman!

  11. Dearest Liz
My prayers are with you and your family. I am heartbroken for the loss of your mom. I know how much you loved her. You took such amazing care of her and it helped her leave in peace. Have you in my heart.
    Beth

  12. My condolences to the family. I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers to all of you to get you through this trying time.
