My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Fontana family and friends at this time that is so difficult for all. Elvira was a wonderful person and I had the honor and privilege of meeting her and knowing her for many years. She was loved by all and will be sadly missed. The wonderful memories of Elvira each and everyone of you who knew her have will help to ease the pain you are feeling in your hearts today. She is safe in the arms of our Lord. May the Perpetual Light shine upon her and may she rest in peace. God bless. Love, Joan
We are so sorry to hear of your passing I will always remember your big smile and great laugh. I used to call you Nana’s other half. There were many great times shared with the two of you and I shall always have those fond memories. Our love to the family…
dear family Elvira was a beautiful, genuine, loving, woman I last saw Elvira and Marcia when they visited my brother Chet at his death. What an honor! Gary and Marcia, it is so difficult to be on the receiving end of such great losses. God be with you. I know your wonderful Mom is at peace. She is an angel whose wings have left in indelible marks for ever. My love to all.
Thinking of all of you during this difficult time. I am so honored to know Nonna, as well as the entire Fontana family. She is and will always be a person I look up to and admire. She always made me feel welcome and loved. I only wish we lived closer so we could see more of each other. Rest easy lovely lady, your boys will take great care of you now. Miss you, love you always, till we meet again.
Condolences to the Fontana family . Elvira is a wonderful , warm , loving woman . She will be greatly missed, but has joined her husband and grandson and is in peace
Ma, I was blessed with two marvelous mothers. I thank you for being part of my life for 60 years!! I will miss our talks and phone calls but mostly I will miss your beautiful face and laughter when the girls were with you. I Couldn’t love you any more than I do.. Please Rest In Peace with Dad and Greg and don’t worry about Marcia, I got her back always.. xoxoxo
“Zizi,” you will always live on in my heart and mind. I will be “torturing” Mar now with my Italian “discussions!” Arrivederci e fino a quando ci incontreremo di nuovo amore e tanti baci.
