Sending condolences from our family. Frank loved his family and had such pride for his children. Many great memories on the sidelines watching his boys play soccer. Sending love and prayers to Janet and his family. Thinking of you all. Tom & Peggi Mort
Lobene family, we are deeply saddened to read of Frank’s passing. What a guy, so many soccer memories all those years ago..against each other in h.s., Jr. Rhino games and travels. A wonderful man who would do anything for anyone.

Frank… I have been in love with you since I was a little girl t…he day I laid eyes on you walking down otis street with your friends as an young teenager. I first laid eyes on you at the Rainbow resturant as an little girl that our great families owned…I remember playing skee ball in the restaurant together as little kids not knowing the beautiful life that was planned for us to one day meet again as teenagers and fall deeply in love. I will be forever grateful for the beautiful life and family that we were blessed with and raised together. Our children were so lucky to have you for an father and me to have you as an husband and soulmate. Thank you for always protecting me and taking care of me and showing me how to live and love.
Forever the love of your life….Janet❤
