Maria is predeceased by her husband, Alfonso Sciortino; son, Patsy Sciortino; parents, Pasquale & Irene Fiorica; sister, Carolina Fiorica; brother, Joseph Fiorica. Maria is survived by her children, Nicolo (Ginny), Vincenzina, Alphonse (Sherri), & Charles (Christina) Sciortino; grandchildren, Robert, Anthony (Francesca) & Nick (Cara) Sciortino, Kara (David) Nash, Michael, Danielle (Pete) Sollecito, Alyssa, Alex, Alaina, Jacob, James, Charles & Christian; great-grandchildren, Samuel, Giorgia, Tomas, Andrea, Isabella, Madison, Roman, Easton, Elise, Enzo, Emerson, Jayden, Mia & Beckett; brother, Anthony (Joanne) Fiorica; sister-in-law, Antonina Fiorica; many nieces & nephews. Maria's life story will be shared during visitation, 3:00-7:00 pm on Sunday, June 4th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am on Monday at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 West Ridge Road. Interment in Holy Sepulchre.
