Dear Lorraine, I’m not sure you will remember me but Mike and I are friends of Sam and Beverly Ricotta. We met you and Whitey at their home in Greece many years ago. I am very sorry to read about Whitey’s passing in the D&C. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Love, Barb Lopa
To the entire Walker family, we are sorry for your loss and we are sorry we could not be there to celebrate “Whiteys” life today. He was a great man with a great sense of humor. There are not to many times that you can talk about the fun and great times that were had on ballad avenue, that “Whiteys name was not involved somehow in the activities. Our prayers are with you.
Love,
Tom & Laurie
Our family vacation to the Outer Banks was memorable for so many reasons. One afternoon while sitting in our beach chairs, Dad just stood up and started walking towards the ocean. He was fairly steady but nonetheless the whole family followed him out to the ocean. He didn’t go very far into the ocean, but it was a great sight!!
Lorraine and family, we wish we could be there to join you and your family in saying goodbye to our Whitey. We will remember his smile forever and all the memories of good times on Ballad Ave. We miss you all.
Dad was the most giving man I know, not a selfish bone in his body and he will be remembered by many and we were so lucky to have him has our DAD.
