He is survived by his loving wife, Georgia (D'Ambrosia) Pavone; children, Maria Ritzel, Christine (Brian) Pilaroscia, Steven (Tamara) Pavone Jr.; grandchildren, Antonio Pilaroscia, Kyla Ritzel, Gianna Pilaroscia, Brianna Ritzel, Sara Bell; brother, Michael F. Steve was born on December 3, 1957 to Michael & Stella Pavone. Along with his brother Michael and sister Doreen he was raised on Fernwood Ave. in Rochester. He graduated from Bishop Kearney High School in 1976. He took advanced courses in high school and Played football. His best friend was Gene Dunn and they were inseparable.
He met Georgia D'Ambrosia at the garage door in 1979 and on April 11, 1980 they were married in Holy Apostles Church. Together they had three children, Maria, Christine and Steven. They have five grandchildren, Antonio, Kyla, Gianna, Brianna, Sara.
Steve was a benefactor to the Breast Cancer Coalition, the Migrant Children and the Open Door Mission. He ran and owned many companies including Craftsman Home Improvement, R City Web and YPC Media.
He had a love for cars and enjoyed bowling and golfing. He was a guitarist and a vocalist and DJ. He was a music lover enjoying 80's music and Rock. He loved Sci-Fi TV and the Discovery Channel. He liked to read technological magazines and collect knives and gadgets. He was known to say "Everything will work out in the end", "Find your passion" and "We got this".
Steve was a loving, compassionate and generous person. He had a special love for Christmas, Thanksgiving and family picnics. He was a protector and a visionary. He was a fun loving, tech savy, hero and he always had to have the first on any technological breakthrough. He was very social and well known and he was hard working and dedicated. He had great attention to detail. He loved having fun and being with family and friends and he will be sadly missed by everyone.
Steve's visitation will be on Thursday from 1-3 & 6-9 at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond Rd.) His funeral service will be celebrated on Friday 11 am at Lakeshore Community Church, 3651 Latta Rd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
