She met her husband Jerry at a night club, they married and had three children, Sandy, John and Jerry. Down the road, they were blessed with three grandchildren, Laura, James and Christopher and one great-grandchild, Garrett.
Eleanor always put her family first. She truly loved the holidays and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Eleanor liked to travel in their family’s camper/conversion van all over the country. She also played the accordion, enjoyed tending to her garden and made doll house miniatures. She also loved traveling to New York City where she was born. Her favorite music was Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Big Band music. Eleanor’s favorite T.V. shows were Golden Girls, Rockford Files, All in the Family, Carol Burnett, Lawrence Welk and America’s Got talent.
Eleanor was described as the matriarch of the family who was strict, disciplined but also goal oriented and strong willed. She was known to be creative, witty, patriotic and had a good sense of humor. Eleanor will be deeply missed but she will always be lovingly remembered by her many friends and family. To send flowers to the family of Eleanor Mostek, please visit Tribute Store
